Sr. Vice President & COO, Wayne Packard - The commercial leader of Gulf States Transmission LLC with responsibility for developing and implementing all business strategies related to the pipeline.  Responsible for overseeing marketing of transportation services and granting and denying service requests.  Fulfills the transmission function role for Gulf States Transmission and is responsible for pipeline operations, contracts, commercial functions, capital projects and general business oversight.  Transmission function employee.

Nominations & Scheduling Consultant, Cindy Jarrell – Responsible for administration of pipeline activities relative to requests for service, contract administration, day-to-day scheduling/confirmation of requested volume.  Serves as contact for existing and potential customers. Transmission function contractor.

Nominations & Scheduling Consultant, Jerry Smith – Responsible for administration of pipeline activities relative to requests for service, contract administration, day-to-day scheduling/confirmation of requested volume.  Serves as contact for existing and potential customers. Transmission function contractor.

Gas Controller and Sr. Gas Controller , Amy Bacon, Rick Fajkus, Lazaro Garcia, Tom Hapgood, Mark Shurbet, Keith Taylor - Monitors and controls the pipeline systems by way of SCADA and is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of pipeline Systems. Responsible for ensuring that nominated and actual volumes match up as closely as possible; and that this takes place within normal operational parameters such as pipeline MAOP and capacity limitations in regard to compression and measurement. Transmission function employee.
