PNGTS Discretionary Tariff Actions

Effective September 5, 2006, at the request of the Shipper and downstream Operator, PNGTS exercised discretion under Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of the PNGTS Tariff, by allowing a Shipper to modify a previously scheduled nomination. This modification did not interfere with operation of the system or with PNGTS' ability to render any other scheduled services.
