Payment is equal to the Withdrawal Charge specified in Customer s executed

Payment is equal to the Authorized Overrun Injection Charge specified in

This amount of Gas is to be reimbursed by Customer in kind, on a daily basis
as determined pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas
Tariff or Customer s executed Interruptible Loan Service
Agreement.
   
All applicable taxes set forth in either the General Terms and Conditions of
this FERC Gas Tariff or the Interruptible Loan Service Agreement and all other
applicable surcharges, including, but not limited to, the ACA charges, shall
also be paid by Customer.
