3.     REQUEST FOR NATURAL GAS SERVICE
3.1     In General.  Upon the availability of new firm storage capacity
resulting from an expansion of the Facility, Caledonia shall sell such firm
storage service available as a result of such capacity to prospective
Customers either through open season procedures set forth in Section 3.2
below, or through the first-come, first-served procedures described in Section
3.3 below, the selection of the procedures being at Caledonia s sole
option.
