25. Failure to Comply with Terms


 

Clear Creek shall not be required to perform Storage Service

under any rate schedule in this tariff if a Customer fails to

comply with the terms of its executed Service Agreement and these

General Terms and Conditions.


 

26. Miscellaneous


 

26.1 Responsibility for Gas. Upon receipt of Gas to be

stored Clear Creek shall be in exclusive control and possession
