Jefferson Island Hub Pooling Point
Jefferson Island Storage & Hub, L.L.C. (JISH) is pleased to announce the creation of the Jefferson Island Hub Pooling Point. Customers will have the ability to nominate title transfers and wheels to and from the Jefferson Island Hub Pooling Point on an interruptible basis utilizing Interruptible Wheeling Service and Title Transfers for Interruptible Gas at Receipt and Delivery Points pursuant to JISH's Statement of Operating Terms and Conditions for NGPA Section 311 services (SOTC). The Jefferson Island Hub Pooling Point will also be listed on ICE effective April 1, 2011. The current menu of ICE product offerings can be found at https://www.theice.com/.
Customers must have an effective and executed JISH NGPA Section 311 Hub Services Agreement in place in order to utilize the Jefferson Island Hub Pooling Point including an executed Confirmation Letter for Interruptible Wheeling Service and Title Transfer at the Jefferson Island Hub Pooling Point. All services will be provided at market-based rates. JISH's SOTC and NGPA Section 311 Hub Services Agreement are posted on JISH's Internet Web Site at http://www.gasnom.com/ip/jeffersonisland/.
Rates for wheeling to/from the Jefferson Island Hub Pooling Point and rates for title transfers at the Jefferson Island Hub Pooling Point will be posted on JISH's Internet Web Site under Non-Critical Notices. JISH reserves the right to amend and modify its title transfer rate at the Jefferson Island Hub Pooling Point and its wheeling rate to and from the JISH Hub Pooling Point.
