23.        Construction of new facilities
   
     Unless otherwise provided in an applicable Service Agreement, a Shipper requesting transportation service
     that, if accepted, would require Transporter to construct new facilities or modify facilities shall
     reimburse Transporter or cause Transporter t
   
24.      Information and communications regarding transportation services
   
24.1     Transporter posts information on its internet website regarding Transporter's system and its capacity
and the availability, pricing, or other terms of the transportation service provided by Transporter.
   
24.2     Transporter's internet website is accessible at www.missouripipeline.com.  This website provides a menu
of information available; is downloadable; is backed up daily, with the most recent entries displayed ahead of
older entries; is periodically
   
24.3     Respecting a particular transportation transaction for the duration of the transaction and for at least
ninety (90) days after the transaction has been completed.
   
Archived data shall be maintained in hard copy and in electronic format and made available to any party desiring
copies of the records for a reasonable fee upon written request.
