    Request to Release Rights to Firm Transportation Service
   
__________________________ ("Releasing Shipper") hereby requests
to release rights held by Releasing Shipper under its Firm
Transportation Service Agreement ("Service Agreement") with MoGas
Pipeline LLC ("Transporter").  Releasing Shipper proposes to
release such rights pursuant to the terms and conditions of
Section 21, as applicable, of the General Terms and Conditions of
Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff.  The terms of the proposed release
are as follows:
