Nomination Deadline Non-Critical Notice
Effective for the October 30, 2018 gas day, Vector will be extending the 
nomination deadline for all NAESB cycles.  The timely nomination deadline 
will be extended 35 minutes and all other cycles will be extended 15 minutes.  
This change is in place until further notice.
