The combined rate/toll for service from Dawn, Ontario to Bluewater is U.S. $0.03 per Dth (on a 100% load factor basis).  Under this contract, Transporter bills a Reservation Charge of $0.9125 less the tolls charged by Vector Pipeline Limited Partnership for the Canadian capacity, with such tolls converted to a U.S. $/Dth Reservation Charge each month.

This contract has various summer only contract MDQs during the term of the agreement beginning with 35,184 Dth/d on 04/01/2018.
