Special Terms and Miscellaneous Notes - AMA Obligations

This release is made pursuant to an Asset Management Arrangement (AMA), which is included in the Transaction Confirmation between DTE Energy Trading and SJEC, LLC dated 11/20/2015, as that term is used in FERC Order Nos. 712 and 712-A. Releasing shipper shall have the right on any day during the term of the release to call upon delivered gas supply service up to the MDQ of capacity of each asset released. Any such call on delivered gas supply service shall be subject to the terms and conditions negotiated in the Asset Management Arrangement.
